I use an auto-roller these days, but only for about 15 minutes or so. This usually gives me a score in the low 90s. More than that feels not right to me.

I do respect manual rolls more though, and those characters I tend to play longer, not sure why. I sometimes do manual rolls once I forget how tedious it can be to get rolls that match the character persona in my mind, but usually I tire out and start-up the auto-roller after a few hundred tries (unless I get lucky!).

Paladins are the highest rollers because of their high stat requisites.
I actually think the highest rollers are Elven Rangers. Like paladins, rangers have a number of above-average minimum stats. And then you add elves here, with their min CHA requirements. Elven Rangers have the min requirements of 13, 13, 14, 8, 14, 8 - 70 in total.

I think that half-elven cleric/rangers are higher still. I once got 103 but have no record of it. :(
