I'm curious, does anyone know where all the no-reloaders went? This is the second time their years-long collection of experience over countless runs has been in danger of being lost to a forum shutdown.

The actual leaderboard and records are available at https://tavernrpg.com/threads/baldurs-gate-trilogy-no-reloads-run.15/ . However, not all no-reloaders have followed to this site yet. Maybe they haven't noticed the announcement, or maybe just haven't had enough time. Once the old no-reload thread comes back, it might be reasonable to offer them this alternative again.

I remember at least one of them posting that they would play other games until Beamdog was up and running again. I think that Oblivion was perhaps one of the games mentioned, but am not sure about that.

It looks like I too won't be posting for a while as I have discovered that the drive that I am playing on cannot cope with the modded game even after deleting my Tutu installations. 
The deeper I get into the game, the more crashes I get.
New drive needed it seems. At least bigger drives are now available. I am currently on a 1Tb drive and 16Tb drives are not that expensive. I may get one designed for gaming.
Any recommendations?
